Hello lovelies and welcome July!! Truth be told, I have a love and hate relationship with July... I love the fact that I get to celebrate my lovely husbands birthday, I get to take time off work and go to bbqs, and the awesome fact that I live in summer dresses all month long. However, here in DC gets very humid this time of year and I absolutely despise that! Well, I guess that is only one negative item on a very positive list ;) 

While on my daily web browsing, I stumbled upon this lovely print on this blog. And per usual I felt the need to hang it on my (non - existing) office wall. It is so fresh and summery... Plus it takes me back to a few memories of my childhood. While growing up, myself, my brother and a few cousins would spend a few weeks (sometimes even the whole month) of our summer vacation at our grandparents house. They lived in a huge four story home in a small town and it was always so much fun! I don't have a lot of vivid memories of my grandfather, since he passed away when we were very little and living in England. However, one thing that always makes me think of him is a when I see someone driving a Vespa down the street. He used to drive on to his shop (he owned a shoe store!!!) and around town.  

This print is just so much fun, and definitely takes me to a happy place. And to go right along with it... Oh, the pillow, the skinny belt (that is on sale!), and the adorable amperstand. How can you resist, right?
